The Easy2Order app digitalizes drink and product ordering in clubs, canteens and hotels – with or without staff. In self-service mode, members or guests order independently via tablet or PC. In staff mode, your team takes orders, books to persons or tables and manages billing flexibly. In personal mode, members order directly from their own smartphone.
Thanks to integration with SumUp and Stripe (including credit cards, Google Pay and Apple Pay), digital payments directly through the app are possible – optional and seamless.
Easy2Order offers three flexible operating modes that can be combined. Clubs can, for example, set up a self-service station, simultaneously use service staff for bookings and billing, and enable members to book via smartphone – all in parallel.
Members can place orders independently at a freely accessible tablet or PC. They book either on their own credit balance – by selecting their name with an optional PIN, via NFC card or QR code – or pay directly at the terminal using a SumUp card reader. They can also conveniently top up their balance on the spot.
Staff manage orders professionally and efficiently: take orders, add products, transfer bookings or cancel them. Billing, topping up balances and managing order status are also key features. Perfect for clubs with a hospitality area or service staff.
Members book their drinks directly from their own smartphone. They can view their current balance, track past bookings and top up their credit at any time via Stripe payment (supports credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ...). Maximum flexibility with no waiting times.

Easy2Order supports two payment systems that can be used flexibly for different use cases:
In personal mode, Stripe offers a fast and secure way to top up your balance. This can be done via both the app and the WebApp, ensuring maximum flexibility.
Various payment methods are supported, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit cards and other payment providers.
In self-service mode and staff mode, payments can be processed directly via a SumUp terminal. Users can either top up their balance or pay for a booking immediately. This enables seamless and straightforward payment processing on the spot.
In the Easy2Order app, individual discounts can be created as a percentage value – for example 10% for members or 20% on certain products.
Each discount can be assigned specifically – either to:
This makes it easy to implement special promotions, membership benefits, board member privileges or event discounts.
