In personal mode, members top up their balance directly via Stripe – from the app or WebApp, anywhere and anytime.

Stripe Connect is used so your club receives payments directly – Easy2Order never holds funds.
Accept card payments at the bar via a SumUp card terminal. Guests tap, insert or swipe – done.

Members pre-load €20 via Stripe on their smartphone. After training they grab a beer at the self-service tablet – deducted automatically from their balance.
At a large event, staff takes orders. Guests who haven't pre-loaded pay directly at the SumUp terminal – tap and go.
Hotel guests charge drinks to a room account via self-service tablet. At checkout, the balance is settled via Stripe or billed to the room.
Employees top up their balance at the start of the month. Orders are deducted throughout the month. End-of-month: full overview, no cash counting.
