Frequently Asked Questions

You can use up to 50 bookings completely free without providing any payment details. Only when you choose to subscribe to a plan will payment information be required – and the first charge will come after 4 months.

Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play) charge a commission of 15–30% on in-app purchases. These fees are included in the App Store and Google Play prices. The WebApp at web.easy2order.app does not go through these stores, so prices are significantly lower.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Easy2Order does not charge any fees for using Stripe or SumUp. However, Stripe and SumUp themselves charge transaction fees (typically 1.4–2.9% + a fixed fee per transaction). These fees are paid directly to the payment provider, not to Easy2Order.

When you reach the 200 bookings/month limit in the Starter plan, you'll receive a notification. You can then upgrade to the Premium plan to continue with unlimited bookings, or wait until the next month when the counter resets.
