Create a group for your club, hotel or canteen. Set the group name, currency and language. This is your central management hub.
Add your drinks and products with prices. Organise them into categories (e.g. beer, soft drinks, snacks) and set discounts if needed.
Invite members via a link or QR code. They join the group with one tap. Alternatively, add members manually in the admin panel.
Select how your bar should operate: Self-service (tablet at bar), Staff mode (team takes orders) or Personal mode (members order via smartphone). All three can be used simultaneously.
Your setup is complete. Members can now place orders. You have a real-time overview of all bookings, balances and transactions at any time.
